For account, cloud-save, recovery or general LODEFLARE questions, contact us directly.

If progress looks different after reinstalling or changing devices, avoid overwriting a cloud conflict until you are sure which save is correct.

LODEFLARE can use Google Play Games for supported sign-in and online game services. Your Google password is never requested by LODEFLARE.

Online nicknames are used for profile and leaderboard display. Include your current nickname when contacting support.

You can request deletion of your online account and associated cloud data from our dedicated deletion page.
