This Privacy Policy explains how LODEFLARE handles information when you use the LODEFLARE mobile game or visit lodeflare.com.
We aim to collect only the information needed to provide online features such as account recovery, cloud progress and leaderboards.
2. Information we may process
- Online player identity: an internal account identifier and the nickname you choose for online features.
- Gameplay and cloud progress: progress data needed to restore or synchronize your game.
- Leaderboard data: nickname, level and verified progression values used to display rankings.
- Authentication information: identifiers or authentication tokens supplied through Google Play Games and our backend service. We do not ask for or receive your Google account password.
- Technical/security data: limited request, error or security information that may be processed by our infrastructure providers to operate and protect the service.
3. Why we process this information
- Provide online profiles and leaderboards.
- Save and restore cloud progress.
- Link a game profile with supported platform sign-in.
- Support account recovery and prevent accidental loss of progress.
- Maintain service security, integrity and abuse prevention.
4. Service providers
- Google Play Games Services for supported platform sign-in and game services.
- Supabase for backend account, profile, cloud-save and leaderboard infrastructure.
- Cloudflare for website hosting, DNS, security and content delivery.
These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices when providing their services.
5. Advertising and purchases
The current test release does not display third-party advertising and LODEFLARE does not offer in-app purchases. If advertising is introduced in a future release, this policy and the Google Play disclosures will be updated before or with that release.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers listed above only as needed to operate, secure and support the game and website, or when required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
Online profile and cloud data may be retained while your LODEFLARE account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated online data through our Delete Account page.
Where technical backups or provider retention processes apply, deletion from those systems may take additional time.
8. Children and younger users
LODEFLARE is not specifically designed for children under 13. The game may be suitable for a broad audience based on its content rating, but age-related privacy requirements may vary by country or region.
9. Security
We use encrypted network connections (HTTPS/TLS) for online communication and rely on established service providers for authentication and backend infrastructure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
